Showed on up time, was courteous and professional. Only reason for the 4 starts is the estimate provided was outrageously high. Was able to find an alternative solution for a third of the cost and the fireplace is operational again.

I found them to be very unprofessional. Very not responsive. I had to text them multiple times before I can get a response from them. If they are this unresponsive before they do a job for you, I can't imagine how unresponsive they will be to cover your volunteer and stuff like that once the job is done in that paid.
