- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
📝 First we need to know the name of the appliance, brand, description of the problem and your zipcode. 📅 Then we will make an appointment and send a technician to diagnose the problem. 🔍 When our technician finds the cause of the problem, he will provide you an estimate for the repair. ☑️ If you confirm the estimate, we do not charge you a service call and provide 15% discount for the labor if you our new customer.

👨🏻🔧Master's degree in engineering. 📚 License to repair household appliances.
