I had an appointment @ 9-12. Ivan was here at 10. So of course when he was looking at the dishwasher he got it to work! He tried several combinations of the programs and they all worked. All that he and I noticed was the button light did not work. I paid him for a service call only. He told me to call him back if it acted up and there would be no call fee. Very fair I thought. I will definitely call them for future issues with any of my appliances.
