I used Anderson to replace the tile in my bathroom. Anderson was responsive both messaging through Thumbtack and also through text messaging. I was on a bit of a budget. With some negotiating, Anderson and I agreed upon a price that I was able to afford. The bathroom is about 65 square feet of tile. Anderson was able to do the project in two days. Scheduling was quite flexible with Anderson fitting me in fairly last minute. During the work, Anderson complied with my condo building's picky HOA rules. His work was clean, tidy, and did not interfere with neighbors. In addition to replacing the tile, Anderson was able to cut and install new baseboards as well. I am not a tile expert, but the work was done efficiently, cleanly, and seems to be high-quality. I love the finished results!

Hi Silver, I remember going to your house to do the job on AUGUST 24th and when I got there you didn’t have the materials. So we rescheduled but you couldn’t make it on the date. For some reason I didn’t get a notification of your last message and there weren’t multiple messages as mentioned. I traveled from Bothel to your house in Graham. I didn’t charge anything for this wasted trip. Anyway, this kind of review hurts me a lot because I didn’t even do the work and I tried to be as helpful and friendly as possible at all times to be able to serve you. I don’t turn down any work. On the contrary, I maintain a good relationship with every client I work with.
