We have worked with Jhonatan and his team on a full roof replacement, roof leak repair, skylight replacement across our properties. His quotes have been very reasonable and the work is top notch. He has a good eye for detail and made sure all the repairs were of good quality. When the material we requested for full roof replacement was not available, he provided upgraded material without extra charge to ensure we had the best product installed. Good communication and makes sure he finishes the project on time. Would definitely recommend hiring him for any roof projects.

Jonatan and his crew did an exceptional job at my place replacing the roof at my place. I was given a very detailed and competitive estimate for all the work that was going to be done. They even agreed to replace some sidings which were rotten out due to an incorrect install of the previous roof. The day before the job, Jonatan reached out to me and reconfirmed my availability and requirements for the job. On the day they arrived on time and completed the entire roof replacement in a matter of hours. This included replacing some of the rotted plywood base, fascia and siding followed by cleaning the gutters and the surrounding areas of all debris and nails. He even returned after a week to check if I had any concerns. All in, I loved the professionalism and work quality shown by Jonatan and his crew and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

Definitely recommended for friction and nonsense free experience. I had roof leaks at three different points. When Jonathan came on-site, he immediately got up to the roof and found two of the leak points in 5 minutes, got down with photos (no other roof company did that). He said that he could proceed with either repair or replacement, instead of trying to sell only one option. I decided to proceed with a complete replacement, but I was concerned about free air flow in the roof based on some clogged rafter corridors and weak points like valleys, skylights and chimneys to prevent further leaks. Jonathan took a lot of time explaining the solutions for them, accompanied by detailed videos of his crew installing one of the flashings near the existing skylight. He was responsive pretty much any reasonable hour immediately, started the job within a few days, exactly at the time/date he promised, and finished exactly at the time/date he promised, all while giving the best quote among other options with zero marketing, selling/steering towards favored solutions and pricing back & forth. When he found that rafter corridors had sufficiently free air flow, he withdrew his recommendation of installing Smart Vents, which I had agreed initially. I worked with very few businesses in any sector with this level of freedom from friction.

You can't go wrong! I had a whole roof replacement and highly recommend. I am very picky and somewhat knowledgeable, so I typically know when someone is pulling a fast one. I was told by another roofer, I had two roofs to be removed. Jhonatan with US Roof Care, quickly pointed out, this wasn't true. He could've gone along with that scenario which would've garnered him more money. He and his company are so trustworthy which is hard to find these days. They provide quality work at a competitive price. Let me tell you, this company is the best. Outstanding customer service, honest and pleasant to work with. With them, quality workmanship is a given. No need to babysit and monitor to ensure you get what you paid for. They are quick to go the extra mile and will tell you the best way to go, not necessarily what's best for their pockets. So refreshing. I seriously thought this kind of service no longer existed. I'm so happy to have found them. They will definitely be my "go to" for all my roofing needs. Thanks Jhonatan.
