John and George were really nice and personable. Communication was a little spotty pre-arrival but they arrived right at the time I requested online. No complaints here!

The owner, John set the time for 10 am for service 07/30/19 We reviewed inventory, I explained the house that is being moved is for older people that literally can't move the large items. I have help for boxes and we will do the small stuff, we only need someone to help with the large stuff we physically are not able to move. He called me at the time 10:30 on the day of service to inform me he didn't have anyone available. I informed him we had taken the day off work, we scheduled this based on his confirmation and we could not reschedule that?? He stated he would try to make it happen....He came and did a walk through personally, informed us 4 men would be arriving shortly, at 7:30 pm - 2 men showed up with a small truck, they explained they do small apartments, small jobs, the crew was on the phone with John on and off and continued to reassure us, they would finish the next morning. They would put what they could in the new garage and be back first thing to get it in the house and finish the rest of the home we were moving from....at 12:30 pm and $418 later they informed us they wouldn't be back, they wouldn't be moving anything into the house. BAD Business with no ethics or morals. Based on information provided to the Department of Revenue, it is enough to file for revocation of business license, which I have done as well as a claim with the BBB. I would suggest holding these crooked business accountable for their actions!!

Well Kristie, Fisrt, thank you for choosing us to move you. I do apologize that my movers called in. I tried to reschedule this move and do it correctly. You explained that the move had to be done on the same day. I booked you, I had to do something about it. I personally came to your house to assess and and sent the movers. The movers did their best and willingly worked with you till late. A lot of things on your review are not true. -The portrayal that we don't care is wrong. We tried to reschedule but you expressed that the move had to be done, I personally came to your residence and we had movers who worked late into the night. We do care. - Never did we talk about 4 movers, you booked 2 movers and I did send 2 movers. I do agree they came in the evening instead of morning, I kept you updated on progress. - We brought a 26ft truck, that's a big truck. - the agreement was $91/hr and that's what we charged for the time the movers were with you. - Hopefully yo

Our prices are simple and affordable. Prices are dependent on distance and weight. distance: address from and address to -> rate: cent per pound ($/lb) weight of loaded truck - weight of empty truck = weight in lbs Note: Any of the 3 things listed below will slightly increase your rate if they apply 1. stairs or elevator at loading or unloading 2. storage of goods in truck for more days than needed to fulfill move. 3. unusually heavy items like piano, pool table and others BOTTOM LINE: PRICE ONCE ESTABLISHED WILL NOT CHANGE, NO SURPRISES.

IT IS OUR JOB TO EASE YOUR MOVE! We make the process simple; WE TALK TO YOU, WE QUOTE YOU, WE MOVE YOU. We talk to you on the phone, reply to your email/texts/other communication. We request for the necessary information, we give you a Quality For Less quote, if you like it we move you. We don't have surprises, we are straight forward. We are professionals first and easy going second. We are licensed and insured so for your protection we do the necessary paperwork and heed to all laws.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most movers in this company used to work for other moving companies. Together we strain to make moving easy and smooth. We challenge ourselves to get better everyday. Our goal is simple, Ease the move. 'It is our job to ease your move.' In this company we constantly remind ourselves that, "It is not a nice thing to make a move easy, it is our job.'
