I needed a portion of my front yard paved, so I reached out to a few contractors in the area. Freddie provided the best quote, and I appreciated his punctuality and professionalism. After we agreed on a very reasonable price, the work was set to begin in two weeks. However, I had to delay it because I needed to plant some trees beforehand. Freddie was patient, kind, and extremely accommodating. The pictures clearly illustrate the quality of Freddie and his team's work. While they were removing the soil, they discovered an old drain pipe that needed to be replaced. Freddie only charged me for the cost of the pipe and did not charge for the labor involved in the replacement. He also mentioned that he offers additional services beyond just paving, so I will definitely recommend him to my friends and reach out to him again for any future work. Thank you, Freddie and team, for the excellent work!

I would recommend this company too anyone working with Rios was great we really enjoy out outdoor space now thanks too the Rios team putting in a great patio area Walkways and sitting benches consider working with this company they are the best when it comes to profesionalism and details.
