We had simply amazing experience getting all the floors in our house replaced. The team that did the installation were absolutely top notch installers and very thoughtful and helpful and took on numerous unplanned challenges to fix flooring boards with dry rot under toilets that was surprise complication with no extra charge. Antony was so easy to work with and everything turned out perfect and we are so happy

After getting several budget busting quotes, we chose Anthony who was able to help us identify and steer us to a high quality carpet that was within our budget (about 2k lower than the other quotes we were getting) for a job that was over a 1000sqft of carpeting.The installers were awesome, fast and we could not tell seams or other issues at time of install.But it was what happened next that we were most impressed and why working with Anthony on your next flooring project should be a no brainer.After install was complete, we noticed the carpet starting to pull in an unexpected fashion. We called Anthony back , he took pictures and sample piece of carpeting and sent it back to the manufacturer who promptly agreed to replace the entire rooms that were potentially affected by the irregularities.So many companies would have walked away. But Anthony knew that the carpet wasn't living up to our or his expectations and worked with the manufacturer offline to support our goal of getting the carpet replaced.Anthony was a great advocate for us and we look forward to working with him on additional flooring projects in the future.Greg and Lynne Feiges

Anthony was a pleasure to work with; work proceeded nicely aside from a hiccup that was due to our setting, not their work. Floor looks very nice; Anthony made adjustments to workplan based on changes we ran across.

Floor Coverings International of Redmond, WA and their incredibly knowledgeable and professional team of Anthony Cross, Mary-Ann, and Manny gave us wonderful five-star service for our floors and home and we are giving them the highest recommendation possible.From start to finish, they were there to answer every question, and gave us a lot of great ideas on ways to make the project better and more beautiful and simple, and provided great value. They gladly took on a fairly complicated project, simplified it, and went above and beyond in every way throughout the completion of the project. And the project was finished ahead of schedule at a very fair and reasonable price.We talked through all of our options, including replacing the floor entirely, which would have been a really good option and we may do that sometime down the road, but eventually settled on replacing and refinishing some of our flooring, which they did impeccably and beautifully.In talking and getting to know the owner of the company, Anthony Cross, he really values his customers and makes them feel as if every option is explored and that the customer picks what they think is best for them. We also found out that Anthony graduated from Stanford University and weve never met anyone who has such a vast knowledge of flooring, options, choices, and great ideas.We have gotten a lot of compliments on our floors already, and will definitely refer this company and these true professionals to all of our friends and family, and we will 100% be using them when we replace and/or refinish our floors in the future, thanks so much, we really appreciate it!

Anthony very patiently walked us through the renovation process. We carefully went through the different carpet and wood floor options. He also presented financial options through a credit union that allowed us to go ahead with our floor and stairwell renovation projects. His team was very professional. They were on site before 9am and worked till close to 7pm to get the job done quickly. They even helped move the large furniture around to access the floor areas. The work quality was great. Floor areas that used to creak no longer do. I highly recommend FCI Redmond for home floor renovations.
