Ruvim responded quickly, same day, was knowledgeable about scope of work, products and issues as presented. Available within 48 hours to do the job and would have been sooner had special product been available. Showed up as scheduled (the only contractor in five years here in Seattle to do so). Finish the job on schedule as planned and entire crew showed respect and attempted to be as clean as possible with a dusty type project. I kept several cards for our HOA meeting. Thank you!
