- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we take the time to understand the customer's project needs. We also introduce who we are as a company, explain what our cleaning process entails, offer other services that we provide and usually schedule an in-person estimate so a technician can properly evaluate the scope of work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A word of advice we would give a customer looking to hire a provide in the industry our company competes in is, it is critical to do your research on the company/contractor before hiring them for a project. Are they licensed, bonded and insured? Ask them the details of their process. Knowing how their process operates will give you more insight on how they intend to perform the service and if they will take care of your property as it if it were their own. Ask if their work is guaranteed or if they offer a warranty? Will this company/contractor check in after the service has been performed or will you never hear from them again after the project has been complete?
