- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we work with a client on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, all cleaning is included at an affordable and competitive rate. We do not upsell for individual services (interior oven cleaning, laundry, interior windows, ect) for our recurring clients after the second visit. Should we arrive to our appointment and discover the oven needs a good cleaning, or a window needs polishing, or the laundry is piling up - we simply take care of it. That is part of our Alway-Do-More motto. Our goal is to make your *entire* home sparkle and help to make your life a little easier. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile, for every client, on every visit without any extra or hidden charges. We do provide discounted rates for Seniors, First Responders, Medical Personnel and Single Parent homes. We believe the peace of mind one receives from having a spotless home should be affordable and accessible to all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client, I like to inquire what their specific needs and preferences are so that I can tailor a cleaning plan specific to their desires. A general walk through of their home is preferred for exact pricing, but if not possible - a general price range will be provided prior to the first face-to-face meeting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please ask as many questions as possible, read reviews, talk to former and current clients and please do your homework before allowing someone into your home. Background checks and insurance are a must, and industry certifications are recommended to ensure your housekeeping needs will be handled by a true professional.
