- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m approachable, friendly and I care about my clients. I want to take the time to answer any questions you have and communicate issues so you know what steps to take to correct the issue and how to best care for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take photos as I inspect the home and use various tools when needed to evaluate conditions. You are welcome to follow me and ask questions during the inspection. Before we leave I review my findings with you with a slideshow and follow up with a detailed inspection report that is usually emailed to you by the end of the next business day or sooner. You are always welcome to contact me before or after the home inspection with any questions you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I earn CE credits through course work taken throughout the year. I also enjoy reading the ASHI Reporter, online inspection related articles and forums. I love what I do and I always enjoy sharing inspection stories with other inspectors.
