Once we decided to go with Zoom, they were very quick to schedule and get the job done. Care was shown while work was underway, and afterwards, effort was made to make sure area was restored as needed.

They came out within 12 hrs for a non-emergency issue, and Jordan was kind, efficient, and really informative. It turns out our clog didnt need intervention today; he offered camera for piece of mind if I was worried but let me know that it was totally fine to wait and see if our clog was resolving on its own since our toilet was flushing fine. Since he showed me what to look for to know it needed service, I know I can call back anytimeto get them back out.

Jordan provided excellent consultation and inspection service to try to determine if drai cleaning services were needed. Very competent, friendly and thorough. While we need to gather more information to determine the cause of our problems, we'll definitely use Zoom if their services are appropriate for our situation.
