Once we decided to go with Zoom, they were very quick to schedule and get the job done. Care was shown while work was underway, and afterwards, effort was made to make sure area was restored as needed.

Technicians Cody & Jeremy went above and beyond to assist me in determining the problem with our community septic system. While currently unresolved, they contacted the Pierce County authority who will follow up with the land owner who is responsible for maintaining the system. Oh, and they did all this on the same day I called them. Exemplary service to say the least!
