Oscar was super punctual, polite, efficient, & clean. I had a work emergency last minute & Oscar allowed me to reschedule & didn’t make me feel bad about it. I was really worried about having to reschedule but he was very understanding and reassured me it was okay. He was very honest about the quality of our carpet, he set town tarp to protect our hardwood at the entry of our house & wore shoe covers. I most definitely recommend Lepe’s Carpet Cleaning. I will be using them again.

Oscar did an amazing job on our house! He responded timely to my inquiry with a full quote- no hidden fees or anything and an affordable price. Got the carpet cleaner than when we first moved in. Im not sure what I was expecting, I’ve never got my carpet professionally clean, as we just moved in 3 years ago to a new build. We have 2 little girls and 2 dogs, so you can imagine how filthy things can get!… Oscar was so professional, well articulated and really took the time to educate me on all things carpet, cleaning, pets, and quality. The price was the best quote and straight forward, and no hidden fees were added. My carpet smells like fresh eucalyptus. It feels clean in my home again. 10/10 will not disappoint. Recommending him to all, especially my mom friends…

Experience was seamless. I couldn’t be at the home for the cleaning. Gave the pro smart lock key code to do the work while I was away. They came in and took care of the carpet as agreed upon. No issues. Will hire again.

I was able to schedule an instant book appointment on short notice with the app. Oscar communicate every step of the way, showed up on time, was beyond professional and did an outstanding job.
