- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep pricing low and competitive. I am willing to do flat rate or hourly pricing. I offer discounts on pre paid blocks of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
new customers are always welcome I am happy to listen and ensure I understand the issue. we can also create a ticket for your issue to track status to resolution!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience and an associates degree.
