We had several folks out to look at a fixing a plugged drain at our rental property. All were unsuccessful and it was determined that we most likely would need to open the wall and correct the issue. James was the first to reply and was available and very responsive. Once on the job, he was able to identify the initial issue and then went the extra mile to make sure there were no more issues. Turns out there was another issue that could have been terrible. He came back next day and was able to complete the repair. James is great to work with, very responsive, kept us updated, had the repair done quickly and a great value.

Another plumbing company got their jetter stuck in our side sewer. I contact James for help and he came out and tried helping us pull the jetter out and get it unstuck. Unfortunately, our twisting and pulling was unsuccessful, but he didn't charge us a thing. He's an honest plumber who cares and I would definitely use him for your next project.

nothing is standard about the work I do I give free estimates for any jobs at all.

first I like to show up and see what I'm working with so I would have to get their address phone number and name and what time I can come out I give free estimates so there's no charge.
