- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $49 dispatch fee. This covers our plumbers time and gas to diagnose and quote a repair cost. The fee is applied to the job if hired. We offer 10% off Military, First Responder, and Senior Citizens total before tax.
