- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may seem high, but for the amount of services I offer and the rapid turn-around time, the prices are definitely worth it. I also do per project based pricing if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a short term client, I learn a little about the business and a lot of detail about what needs to get done. For a long term client, I send a questionnaire to learn as much about the business as possible along with oodles of information on what I am doing for them. I am not just in it for the work. I am in it to build lasting relationships dependent on honesty and loyalty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I find it beneficial to constantly learn. I am always on the lookout and taking classes to improve my current skillset and to gain new skills.
