I am a friendly, trustworthy, responsible person and I work alone. My schedule is very selective since I only work on 2 houses a day because I like to take the time to do a good job. My prices start at $150 and up depending on the condition of the house, so it is important to see it in person to be able to give you an exact price. My prices are per service and not per hour.
