- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to offer upfront pricing on all jobs, although sometimes things happen that are out of my control that may require additional work and could fluctuate. I offer 10% discounts to active military, teachers and first responders
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers not only in a professional way but also personal. It helps me understand your needs better and may have ideas that better suit your individual needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yearly I complete a continuing education exam in both plumbing and related field. Have completed various training programs with select tankless water heater manufactures and products. I also am master heatpump certified by the Arizona heat pump council in the HVAC field so I am also familiar with heating and cooling needs
