- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services require a visit to the site. ie; painting, counter top coatings, etc.. some have set prices, and quotes can be given over the phone, or through e mail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It startes with an on site visit so we can really learn all we can about the project and what the customer wants and expects.. we will be able to determine how much materials will be needed and take a physical look at the work. we take measurements, and notes as well as pictures usually. the next step is to prepare a written estimate and we normally email that right away. if the numbers work for our customer they will call us and say ok!, lets do this! at that point we will schedule the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for new products, coatings, and the latest in equiptment. We also pay for training in all of our services . Most of our coatings require us to become certified installers, or franchisees.
