I have over 10 years experience in property services, building construction knowledge performing home inspections and residential surveys as well as other property services. My other experience in Photography and marketing services of high end houses and apartments in and around London England before moving back to Washington State has been invaluable. We are licensed property professionals passionate about giving people accurate and detailed information concerning their properties condition. I have always gone out of my way to create a fantastic experience and great customer service every time! I really enjoyed meeting Kyle, hes spot on! He had attentional to detail and and a air of command and authority just right for my needs. He was very good value already but its was his skill and his unique selling points like asking me to think and feel a certain way. Oh and the anchor trick was very cool very empowering. Smart guys love to come back !

I trained in London with various Property professionals in real estate new build construction modeling software engineering before getting practical hands on home building technical knowledge!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a real estate professional and property assessor in London I wanted to expandu career and was able to do that moving back to the USA! It was great to be able to add another service as I always had a fondness for property construction and helping home owners achieve their dream of home ownership!
