- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every agent must take continuing education ( clock hours) most agents in our office go beyond the minimum and take part in weekly meetings and additional training to stay abreast of all the changes that take place in our industry. Not all agents work as closely with their co workers and managing broker as Windermere agents.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for stability,( same company). Community involvement,(Kiwanis), (Food Bank), ( Boys and Girls Club),etc.. References, A good agent should be able to provide you with several. Are they a Realtor ????? Many agents are not, there is a difference. Realtors adhere to a more stringent set of guidelines.
