Prime Builders were great to work with and did great work. I needed to fix some bad walls and patches done incorrectly by a previous owner and other contractors. Fernando was very helpful and clear when writing up our project specs and invoice. He answered all of our questions prior to the start of the project. Our project involved plaster wall removal, new drywall, mud application, and new baseboards and we are very happy with the final product! We were able to have the new wall match the existing much older walls very well, which is great!

Great experience with Fernando and his crew. I needed help with a broken floor joist. After doing a thorough inspection of the problem and the rest of the crawl space, he explained the fix and provided a couple of additional suggestions. He did an awesome job fixing the broken joist and adding support. I was pleased with his work so I asked him if he could help with insulating the heating ducts in the crawl space as well. Will definitely reach out to Prime Builders for help in the future!

I like to visit a place in person so I can take measurements and make a list of the scope of work before making a proposal. Communication is key.

I have around 13 diplomas, in blueprints, CPR & first aid, safety, scaffolding, asbestos, forklift, boomlift, construction hazards, OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 etc.
