I'm super happy to tell you about Modernized Exteriors! As a nursing student, I don't have a lot of time, so finding a company that could build our deck quickly was important.Modernized Exteriors did a great job right from the start. They really listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make it happen.What I liked most was how well they did the work. Even though I'm still learning, I could see that they were doing a really good job. The deck they built looks awesome and feels really strong and safe.They were also really good at keeping us updated and working around our busy schedules. I appreciated that a lot.Now, thanks to Modernized Exteriors, we have a cool outdoor space to hang out in. I would definitely recommend them if you need a deck built. They made everything easy and the deck looks great!

Update to 2020 review. Still a beautiful deck but the railing you designed and installed was already tightened a little over 1 year after install (at no cost by your company, thank you for that). Now 3 years later now it is so loose it may no longer be safe. Your 1 warranty is not long enough. Your response to a potential sale is fast, but your response to prior customers to repair your workmanship should be equally as fast abd you shouldn't ignore them. We asked you for an estimate to repair the railing and you've not responded, but we have received other estimates from other companies. We're now disappointed customers in 2024.

I wanted to update our outdoor living space this year over time.... With the long days ibe been working at boeing i decided to reach out to a deck professionaland talk about a design and bids. We dont have a level backyard so i was open tondesign ideas. What cameron came up with was much different than i imagined. I was thrilled with the deck installation done in our tiered backyard in Everett. The team was professional and efficient, completing the project in a timely manner despite the challenging terrain. The quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations, and now I have a beautiful outdoor space to relax and entertain in. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living area.
