Ike was able to come by for an inspection quickly after reaching out and was able to start the work that day itself which was a huge relief. He was professional and communicative and let us know his plan for tackling the issue (mold in basement) every step of the way. He also documented his work to make it easy for us to see what was done and also provide info to our foundation guy (reason for the water damage which was causing the mold). Highly recommend working with Environment Control!

Environment Control did a great job with our water remediation project! Ikey and team arrived on time every day there were on the job, were exhaustive in getting to the bottom of our leak, were thorough and patient as we reviewed options, and even demobilized and came back to accomodate a family visit. Brandon, is one of the best I’ve seen. Genuine and has great passion and attention to details. I got quoted by another company and all they wanted was to maximize the damage and meet my high deductible and charge insurance for even more higher price. There was a different company who said they don’t want to come to diagnose the issue because their minimum charges are 2K and anything less won’t be in their interest. Brandon has done a thorough study and has given me guidance to monitor and several other tips since I’m a first time home owner. I’ve found a company that’s my go to. Looking forward for more projects in the future with them.

Brandon came out very fast after answering all my questions the day before. Texted the entire basements water moisture after I felt like another company hadn't been accurate....then found a leak where he believe the sourve of the water creating the mold was coming from....he also told me the pipe was at the point of busting. Got a plumber out asap...was a way bigger line issue...but i had 10 contractors already come out that hadn't seen this leaking pipe....could have been way worse damage. His quote was on point to the initial quote much lower rate for better work than previous options. Abe did the initial work and Luis did my follow ups. Some more mold was found and they both came back to correct it and in the end I had 3 wonderful people helping me with this issue that were kind honest and respectful on top of not changing or adding things to the end price. I felt super taken care of...it wasnt stressful at all and I could feel my breathing improve after day 1. So thankful I found them!!! 1st time home buyer and feel as though some companies for various projects are assuming I know nothing or wont reaearch....such the opposite with this company. Very happy with everything. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Friable Materials Require Asbestos Testing: $450.00 fee plus tax; up to 8 samples. Additional sampling will see additive charges. After Hours & Weekend Dispatches: $400.00 Emergency Service Call fee plus tax. Price varies on distance from main office location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather basic information; Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Worksite Address. From there we will set a time to inspect the area(s) of concern and get measurements for the work needing to be performed. This information will be taken back to the office to complete an in depth estimate of the project (usually takes 24-72 hours depending on size of job and how busy the estimating crew is). Work can begin prior to estimate being completed if customer approves. A work authorization will need to be signed for anything beyond the inspection to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians have the following Certifications: IICRC - WRT, FSRT, OCT, ASD, AMRT AHERA Building Inspector (Asbestos) RRP Lead Renovator (Lead)
