- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At customer request Air Mold Sampling can be provided: $350.00 for 2 samples plus $100.00 per additional sample. Friable Materials Require Asbestos Testing: $450.00 fee plus tax; up to 8 samples. Additional sampling will see additive charges. After Hours & Weekend Dispatches: $400.00 Emergency Service Call fee plus tax. Price varies on distance from main office location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather basic information; Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Worksite Address. From there we will set a time to inspect the area(s) of concern and get measurements for the work needing to be performed. This information will be taken back to the office to complete an in depth estimate of the project (usually takes 24-72 hours depending on size of job and how busy the estimating crew is). Work can begin prior to estimate being completed if customer approves. A work authorization will need to be signed for anything beyond the inspection to be performed.
