Adam and his wife came over the following day. They were very pleasant, kind and courteous. They stayed past our appointment time to help me pick colors for the accent walls and other rooms. They pointed out issues I didn't even notice and they gave great recommendations on fixing the issues. The team showed up on time and ready to go. They were all very friendly and seemed to work well together. They kept me informed with the progress and made suggestions as needed, which I feel shows the amount of knowledge they have in their field. The finished project turned out better than I had imagined. I can't wait for spring to come so I can have them back to paint the outside of my house. I will definitely recommend Adam and A&A Painting to anyone I know who needs a painter. Thanks A&A! I love it!

Asked for a quote and Adam said he could be here in an hour. He was 20 minutes late and didn't even walk around my house, just stood in the driveway and looked at the front. Said he would have a quote for me by the end of the day, three days later, after calling, texting and emailing, he finally sent me the quote. I needed some other questions answered and it took almost a week to get an email back from them. Since it took so long to hear from them I got multiple other quotes (all of the other companies had a quote to me by the end of the day) and A&A was quoting me $3,000 more than the other guys. Obviously decided not to work with then so I can't speak to the quality of their work, my review is only based on the service I recieved.

Melissa, I feel like maybe you have mixed up another company with ours. Yes our quote was higher than most. They usually are. We only use quality products and take the time to ensure the job is done right. Our quote did take 3 days to get to you as we were consulting with our paint rep to see what all needed and could be done to repair the fade damage to your home. Which I let you know I was going to do before I left. But as for the initial meeting, I specifically remember walking around your home and discussing that just painting the front of your home might not be the best option as it would not match and you had other problem areas. We have several emails back and forth with you (11 in fact) answering your questions and also letting you know we were waiting for the other company, which product ruined your paint job, to respond with our emails as well. I'm sorry you felt that you had to give us such a low review after all we tried to do.
