- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fischer provides fixed price bids and T&M work depending on the project. We do charge a labor minimum to cover our expenses on reserving place in our schedule and our time to get materials and travel. Fischer is committed to pricing fairly and in a way that allows us to deliver the best electricians so that everything is completed technically correct. Fischer pricing is not the highest but it will also not be the lowest. We deliver quality services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss by phone the nature of the project and then use phone and email to make as much assessment as possible as to the cost and time involved. This allows us to save our customers time and money before we send out an electrician. Then depending on that nature of the project we will complete a site visit to complete an estimate or we just come out and complete the work, depending on the nature of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fischer has a commercial and residential electrical license. We have journeyman electricians in both residential and commercial work on staff in addition to apprentices.
