I contracted with Jim Dandy to rough in a bathroom on a garage to master suite conversion. The trench had been excavated. They failed three building department inspections. And would have failed the fourth but the inspector took mercy on me and trusted me to do the corrections! Communications with them was painfull as they use a third party booking service! I can’t speak to their service call ability but they should stick to it as their new construction ability is abysmal! Would never use them again!

Everything went very well with the plumber who came out to the job site. He identified the problem for me, and I now know how to proceed. The problem was the dispatcher. He told me there would be a $75 investigation fee. He did NOT tell me that the fee is on top of the hourly minimum. The plumber gave me a discount, but apparently, the company fee would have been $350. I paid $230. The dispatcher told me the plumber would want a charge card to be paid at the time of service. The dispatcher did NOT tell me that there would be a 3% fee for using a charge card, and a check would have been fine.
