- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices go with my quality and service. I do not overcharge and am always open to negotiate. I offer discounts to seniors, military, and recurring clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll talk to them usually over the phone and give them an estimate either by phone or by going to the location and giving a bid on site. Then I schedule a day and proceed to get the job done. After the cleaning, I talk with them, give them a business card and hope that I work with them again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a Pro and he taught me everything he knew. I then proceeded to teach myself as I grew in the business.
