Carla accommodated a last minute request to do a cleaning on a 3 bed 2 bath house. This was a surprise for my daughter while she was at work during my 1 week visit from out of town. Her team was fast, thorough and exceeded my OCD expectations and provided this exceptional service at a great price! Her team did such a great job and my daughter was so impressed, that she is going to hire Carla and her team to do a regular cleaning. Barona brothers were able to quickly respond to my needs to repair the deck and fascias of my rental houses that were damaged from the rains. I didn't have much time to get it ready for a rental listing. They managed to organize everything and finished the project in such a tight schedule. They were also flexible and adaptive to address my extended scope of work. Not only repairing and painting the deck and fascias, I had to add some interior painting, baseboards replacement and pressure washing as well. All works were nicely done and they cleaned up the site in the end. They were very efficient as a team. I would definitely recommend this team for any wood works and painting.
