What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the request is for a service call, we offer our services for the first hour at $250 and every additional hour at $195. This is for specific troubleshooting problems only and does not include expensive materials or new wiring. We also offer free estimates for medium to large sized projects. Estimates for small jobs would include a trip fee of $175.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ours process after initial contact includes scheduling a site visit if necessary, providing a quote or general guidance, and upon approval scheduling and completing the job. All jobs require a 50% deposit before scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an electrician specializing in the residential market for over 6 years. I have acquired the highest certification possible for residential work and have worked 60+ hours for over 3 years to gain knowledge and experience.
