- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair for extraordinary and quality work provided by my staff and I. No fees, and returning clients get a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. I meet them in person or over the phone, I ask what type of event they are hosting, how many people will attend the event, and for how long then need my service. If the numbers make sense then we have a business deal locked in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attain my Class 12 permit which is a mandatory permit by the state of WA. I also do hand on learning experiences by crafting the perfect cocktail to friends and family.
