Washington Natural Gas Heating & AC will definitely be our regular HVAC service!! They were amazing from start to finish! Desiree (account/rep) was very responsive and professional! John was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a fair price on a water tank installation/tankless removal. Alex, who installed the tank, went above and beyond my expectations. Despite the space he had to work in he managed to make it look so organized and clean. He was also very thorough when explaining the new system to me.

Details: Repair • Other heater issue • Electric tankless • Garage • House

Seemed knowledgeable, unfortunately found a crack in the furnace's heat exchanger which is a death sentence for the furnace. But the mechanic was able to begin discussing options for replacement.
Washington Natural Gas Heating & Air Conditioning's reply
Oren K is correct, if you have a cracked heat exchanger it is, without a doubt, a dangerous situation! These need to be replaced immediately to keep you save from harmful furnace exhaust. Furnaces usually last between 15 and 20 years or more and should have regular maintenance every year or two to be sure they are running in top condition. Call us between May and September to schedule maintenance at our best rate! To schedule an appointment, call us at 425-355-3331, 206-464-1999, 425-454-1444 or 360-658-8182.

It was excellent experience working with Washington Natural Gas. Everything went smoothly and pleasant. One of our water heaters stopped working after 8 years life. I submitted work request on Thumbtack 11:00pm at night, then got a phone call from Mike at Washing Natural Gas next day morning. Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. He provided all the options what we could do and offered a free estimate at our convinient time. 2 days later Eric and Andrew installed a new water heater for us. After the work was done, Eric walked me through in details what they did and cleaned up the working area. Eric also put a sticky note on the water tank with warranty information on it which is really helpful. We are very pleased with Washington Natural Gas and will definetly work with them again in the future.
