FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a provider who charges per task rather than by time or materials, it's important for customers to know that the pricing is fixed and based on the specific job or service being provided. This means you won't be charged for additional hours or unexpected material costs—everything is clearly outlined up front. This approach provides transparency and ensures there are no surprises when it comes to the final bill. Discounts are provided depending on the level of difficulty of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Residential Journeyman Electrician and General Level Electrical Administrator in the state of Washington. This allows me to also carry an Electrical Contractors License here in the state of Washington. Exodus Electrical Services is owned and operated by myself.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in the electrical trade in the state of Florida performing commercial electrical work. I then moved to Washington state and since then I have performed primarily residential electrical work and some commercial work.
