Israel from Gal Plumbing did a fantastic job helping us fix our burst pipe in the wall. It was an urgent task and we were looking for someone that could arrive at our house quickly. Most other services we contacted were unavailable until the next day but Israel was able to come to our house within 40 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, worked efficiently to repair the pipe, and minimized disruption to our property. Throughout the process, Israel was both professional and approachable, making a stressful situation far more manageable. We’re very satisfied with his work!

Wow, it was wonderful to have such a good experience. Marvin came and looked at our broken hot water pipe, main shut off valve and furnace. Thought about the work involved and said $250. We accepted his price. He went to Home Depot, got what he needed and was back. Took him about 2 hours in total and he did a clean and neat job. He knew what he was doing and he was polite and pleasant. Thorough to check on the furnace and valve before going to the store. The PVC was brittle and he couldn't get a clean but he managed it. We paid him via Zelle and asked if he wanted us to call him directly or through the company the next time. He said it was the same thing: which is the mark of an excellent employer (he's not the owner). Grateful.
