- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill time and material. We assist customers in their insurance claims by providing 2 reports per week to the insurance and our client with the details of the scope of work being done and interims of charges to date, and we answer any questions the insurance has throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technicians are trained and IICRC certified. When our technicians arrive on site, they will perform a full inspection, answer any questions you may have, and walk you through our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AHERA Certified, Lead Safety Certified. IICRC Certifications In Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Remediation, Applied Structural Drying.
