- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always set by a day rate and then I also have to consider any and all the risks and all extra spending that might accrue during a project. My quotes are very detailed and can always be explained until both parties or in full agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is typically a call or text. After that it’s important to meet in person and see if we can benefit each other with me providing my service. First I take a look at whatever project is at hand I can always give my free consultation, advice and an estimate for the work if the customer is interested. After the estimate is sent out we work out the details of the process and steps that will be done to complete the project and both sides can be happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of experience working for a big company that did mostly commercial and or very big projects. Now over 5 years I have bin working mostly residential and perfecting my skills and providing detailed work for my customers.
