We purchased our new home a couple of years ago, apparently equipped with a heat pump. Wilson was the only technician who recognizing that it was actually an AC unit, it looks identical to a heat pump but has different servicing requirements, so heaven only knows what last year's service person did but we're glad we found Wilson!

Wilson was very knowledgeable, fast and friendly! We had him service all of our AC units, as well as the condenser/air intake of our ice machine and fridges and freezers.
We look forward to having Wilson service our machines again in the future for maintenance!
