Wilson with Airpro Genius was able to quickly identify a refrigerant leak in my system that 4 other companies could not figure out and still charged me for a diagnostic fee. His attention to detail is unmatched by others that attempted to get my cooling working again. Airpro Genius arrived to my house on time, asked what the issue was, my main concerns and immediately started troubleshooting. Wilson updated me often about the issue and made me aware about the price of the repair once identified. The repair was made and now my family is comfortable in our house again, highly recommend. Wilson was excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk and work with. He kept me updated on the status of the ordered part and scheduled the install on the day it arrived. Once installed, he checked out the entire system, including the heating. He made recommendations on how to extend the life of my 30 year plus AC. He also gave me what options might work best once I need to replace the current system. I highly recommend Airpro Genius for all your heating and cooling needs.
