Val although hard of proper English, was very interesting to talk to, upon arrival he was kind and respectful, being so clean during his work that it was almost like he never came! My piano was over 50 years old without any form of tuning, and when he fixed it up it sound much much better. I am much grateful for his work!

I was extremely impressed with Valentyn, who I hired to work on our newy acquired old piano. I highly recommend him! He is highly professional. And as an accomplished musician himself, it's clear that he loves the instrument. It shows in his knowledge of the piano and his very meticulous approach to both tuning and repair (we needed both, plus cleaning). He really takes his work seriously. As a plus, Valentyn is a very pleasant and respectful person. Our old piano seems new now, and we are very delighted! I will definitely use Valentyn in the future for tunings. His fees are also reasonable.

Valentyn is a superb piano technician. He understood all aspects of piano. Very dedicated to his work, he spent more than 4 hours for my piano cleaning, tune and fixing a minor part broken. After his work, my piano looks like a new one, shining with a excellent sound. No word could describe my satisfactory happiness. He is the best piano technician since I bought my instrument 42 years ago....I strongly recommend Valentyn if you need piano tuning and/or repair. Many thanks to Valentyn.

Has a fantastic experience with VL Piano Tuning. Valentine is very professional and he is super quick in replying to messages. The quality of his work is superb. He works in details and don’t move on until everything is done right. I had a problem with a stuck note on my piano and Valentine came back to fix it several times out of charge.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The $190 fee covers tuning, cleaning and assessment. Other issues like sticking keys, squeaky pedals or loose hammers due to loose screws are also included in the price. Broken strings, serious key problems and action regulation are extra - once I assess the piano, I can give you a more accurate quote for this type of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to know our customer's current and future piano goals, and plan and advise piano services that make sense.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master of Music Art and certified Piano Technician,studied at the International school of piano technicians "440 hz"
