I hired Cascade counter top to grout the counters in my kitchen since water was leaking under sink when I was washing pots and pans. They gave me a quote and said they will do the whole kitchen. The person they sent did a very sloppy job. To start with, he did not do the whole kitchen. He left out parts of the kitchen which he considered was "not high traffic". Also the person only patched the problem areas instead of doing the whole kitchen. I already told Kenny about it but he never did anything about it. If you look closely in the pictures, the extra white is the new work done by Cascade Counter tops and the grayish is the old grout. Initially it looked like there was no leak but after few days, the silicone that was used started cracking. The leak was back within a week. I reached out to Cascade counter tops again and told them. I tried to be very patient with them but they took advantage of being nice. They never sent a person and started ghosting me. I had to pay someone else to fix it. Finally Cascade Counter tops reached out to me after the issue was fixed.

We are very competitive with pricing and offer senior and military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would come to your home where the project is. I will provide some countertop samples for you to look at and go over your wants and needs. I'd provide you an estimate while I'm there or later in the afternoon. Answer any questions you may have until you are ready to move forward with the rest of the process.
