Moreno Remodeling LLC was created with the aim of offering customers quality, commitment and a fair price. Having been founded this year, it brings with it experience and previous baggage where it was first established as Moreno General Services LLC in Florida with direct involvement in Remodeling. Erick is very competent and knows his stuff. One top of it, he is most humble person i have ever worked with. He is a good listener and ensures he gets all the requirements.
He installed a portable generator for me and he did an amazingnjob. He took the time to explain everything on how to operate the generator and all the saftey measures in detail. He also help me install a sound barrier.
From now on he is my go to person for anything electric or more as he has experience in remodeing has well.

Erick did a fantastic job fixing an issue with one of my outlets. He went above and beyond by adding extra wiring and changing the outlet from a single one to a double one.
Erick came the day after I found him through here. Very responsive, reliable, and honest.
I will contact him again for all my future electric work.

I am the HOA president of a condominium in Kirkland. I first met Erik when he was remodeling a rental unit in our building. I was so impressed with his work and even more impressed with him personally, that I hired him to repair several areas around the building. I cannot recommend him enough,
I would give him 10 stars if I could. BTW, the owner of the rental has hired Erik to remodel his private residence.

Erick did an amazing job painting our entire rental condo and installing new lighting. He did such a good job that our HOA have decided to use him for renovations around the building! Our condo had 20+ areas of damaged drywall (cracks and bumps) that Erick spent time and care on to make look like brand new. He also replaced 15 old light fixtures and added 15 more for us to modernize the entire place. He even added a new breaker to account for the new load the additional lights had on our circuit. He treated our home like it was his own by going above and beyond adding caulk along all of our baseboards to make sure they didn't show any gaps after he had painted. He is an excellent communicator - we used text and video calls to stay in touch because I was working out of town. He also meticulously kept track of expenses with proof of purchases provided to me along the project so there weren't any surprises at the end. A couple of days after the project, I spotted something minor that needed attention that I didn't catch during our final walkthrough and he showed up the next day to take care of it. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Erick for your work - I'm planning on having him tackle two bathroom remodels in my own home next!

Eric did a fantastic job with our complete bathroom remodel. He removed and replaced the floor, shower, vanity, lighting, electrical switches, outlets, and more. We were extremely satisfied with the result and the level of professionalism and honesty he exhibited throughout the project.
Eric was easy to work with and had a straightforward approach to the job. He took the time to have free-ranging discussions with us about our ideas for the remodel, and he incorporated many of them into the final product. His estimate was fair, and he kept us updated as we made changes along the way.
During the remodel, Eric reduced the impact on the rest of our house by isolating the work area and minimizing the disruption. Once the job was complete, he even went above and beyond by hiring a cleaning service to do a thorough house cleaning.
Overall, we highly recommend Eric for any remodeling job. He is an honest, professional, and skilled contractor who truly cares about his work and his clients. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and grateful for Eric's hard work and dedication.
