Outstanding! Way above expectations. Ali at Dial Contractor is a valuable find. He is courteous, personable and willing to do the extra work to make it better. He is refreshing in his positive manner. I hired him to do some exterior paint touch up on areas where the paint has traditionally peeled too soon. He had a solution and explained how it works. Well, the job was bigger than we thought (3 days vs 2) but was Ali not in a hurry to clear out. He even did extra little repairs or cleaning on things that he saw while working. He works efficiently and keeps his work area clean during the day and neatly put away at night. They are very respectful of the home and outdoor furniture and plants. His cleanup was better than before he started. So, if you are wondering who to work with we highly recommend him.

Ali and his team with Dial contracting did an amazing job of staining our deck! Prior to providing quote, they were thorough with inspecting the entire deck and identifying few rotten planks that needed replacement and a few others that needed filling. Surprisingly, no other contractors had pointed this out. The team was quick and thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the work. They took care of all the weather monitoring and scheduled the work when the weather got better. They also took care of the materials and closely matched the deck stain that we previously had. We would highly recommend hiring them!
