- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the same software used by the Insurance carriers. After the water damage clean-up is complete, we send our invoice to the insurance carrier based on the same software that they use. We also offer our customers a $150 deductible credit for their insurance deductible. We understand that it any water damage emergency brings can be stressful, but we are here to help guide you through the process and serve you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our main focus is you, the customer. From the first phone call to helping you get back to pre-loss condition, we are here to help guide you and give our professional insights. Once we have received a request for water damage services, we reply quickly and set up for an appointment immediately. If it is an emergency situation, we will come out to your home and inspect the water damage and resolve the reason for the leak. After the water leak has been stopped, we will go through all of the paperwork and the process of getting you back to normal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified as Water Damage Restoration Technicians (WRT) through IICRC. We also have Asbestos and Lead certified technician through the EPA. Our Asbestos certified technicians are AHERA Building Inspectors to make sure that our technicians and you stay healthy through out the restoration process.
