- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, 1.5-2 hours are needed before the event begins for setup. This time is added to the duration of the event. Also, normally 2-3 people are needed, but this depends on the number of guests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer, I find out more about them. I ask questions to find out what their desires are for their special events, and I do my best to fulfill these desires. My goal is to make sure that the clients are happy, and make sure that the event is a success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a food handling certificate, and I have received training from various chefs and waitstaff for over 25 years.
