I have been in the waitstaff/planning industry for more than 30 years. A few of the places that I have work include: Halas Hall (Bears headquarters), Knollwood Country Club, Eaglewood Country Club, Friendship Village, UW, and numerous private clients and corporate events. One thing that makes my company stand out is our attention to details. I make sure that everything is done specifically as requested, because I want to ensure your satisfaction. We try to anticipate the next tasks so that the hosts can enjoy their guests and their event. Our reviews speak to our high level of service. Whether small or large, all events get our complete attention as we execute every detail. I enjoy meeting new people and being able to assist them with their special occasions. Weddings are our specialty from grass roots (DIY) to an extremely fancy coorodinated affair. I love seeing all the plans come together, where everyone gets to witness the "final successful production"! I also enjoy brain storming new ideas with my clients as we plan their events, because this enables us to continue to increase what we can offer clients as we continue to grow our company.

Ready and Able Event Services helped us host a work event over the holidays. We initially had asked for day of help (set up, take down) however, after our consultation, they brought so much more to the table! They made suggestions that helped us put together a memorable event for our team (more than 50 guests) and ensured that the event ran without a hitch. So grateful and will definitely be relying on Ready and Able for any future events!

We hired Ready and Able Events to help with a company picnic for about 35 people. They managed, set up, and cleaned up rentals, provided servers during the event, and continuously cleared dirty dishes away during the event. Marshanell was super easy to work with and she and her staff were friendly and professional day-of. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Marshanell and her team go above and beyond to make your event come through. They communicate and communicate until they are certain they’ll make your dreams come true and where to prioritize their skills. The staff is very friendly, flexible, and gets it done. They can even finish decorating a cake!

We engaged Ready & Able for two events (parties the night before and night after a wedding). Communication was prompt and clear before the event. Marshanell and Archie helped out both evenings and they were fantastic - friendly, organized and productive. Having them assist really gave us time to enjoy the evenings as they managed all the details and pitched in wherever it was needed. And it was so nice to end the evenings with a clean kitchen. I highly recommend Ready & Able for your next event!
