Marshanell and her team were nothing less than phenomenal when they helped me with my event. Not being an experienced host, Marshanell brought added value by helping me prepare and answering my questions as they came up. She made herself available and was responsive in all ways. She came out to view the space in advance of the event, providing recommendations and enthusiasm. Her team showed up on the day of the event timely, and grateful to be able to help us with our special day. Throughout the event, guests proactively came to me, saying how impressed they were with Marshanell's team. They were kind, professional, attentive, and incredibly hard workers. Marshanell and her team is amazing. They helped us for an event with over 500ppl in attendance. The service was very smooth and very professionally managed. Marshanell and Archie were wonderful to work with! They took on all the extra work at our party so the planners could sit back and enjoy the event. This was a 5th grade graduation party, and they were super helpful with the kids. Highly recommend.
