FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and fair—there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. I usually give a flat quote upfront so you know what to expect. If a job requires extra materials or hardware, I’ll let you know before proceeding. I don’t charge for unnecessary work and’ll always offer options when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen — I ask a few quick questions to understand what you need. If possible, I might request a photo of the lock or door to give an accurate estimate. Then, I will offer a quote and schedule a time that works for you. When I arrive, I’ll explain what I’m doing, get the job done right, and leave everything clean and working. Simple and honest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of hands-on experience working with locks, hardware, and security systems in the field. My training comes from real jobs, continuous learning, and countless hours working directly with mechanical and electronic hardware. I study lock design, bypass techniques, access control systems, and best practices in physical security to stay current and provide reliable, informed service.
