- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to discuss ideas and requirements, followed by an inspection and measurements by our specialist. We then develop a design project and estimate, after which we sign a contract. Next, we prepare for the renovation, including ordering materials and planning. Our professionals carry out the renovation work, and upon completion, we conduct a final inspection and handover. We also provide a warranty on the completed work and remain available for support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of hands-on experience in kitchen, bathroom and flooring renovations. We have successfully completed hundreds of projects over the years, constantly honing our skills and knowledge through working with clients and learning about the latest materials and technologies. Our extensive experience allows us to offer high quality and reliable solutions for your projects.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have just completed a full, entire kitchen renovation for a family in Lynnwood. We had to do all sorts of remodeling: removal of old cabinets, new granite countertops, new appliances, new flooring, island with bar stools, and lighting system. The project took us approximately five weeks and the work done met the client's expectations. This is what made the newly updated kitchen one of my favorite projects—the family was particularly happy, not only with its functionality but also the aesthetics.
