- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent, we include tax, and we do not offer fake “feel good discounts”. Many companies up charge their quote like crazy, just so they can put a discount to make it seem like they are giving you a great deal. We do not do that and we do not pressure our clients with “sign by this date to receive this discount”
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Paint product is huge. A lot of people look for the lowest bid while overlooking the product that is being used on their home. Our goal is to make your paint job last the next 10-15 years. Some products only last 3-5.
