- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start by getting to know them and how they heard about us. Then, I ask about the property—its location, whether it's residential or commercial, the square footage, and how often they need cleaning services. For projects that require it, we schedule a free consultation to visit the property, learn more about their specific needs, and create a personalized plan. However, we also offer free online estimates based on the information provided by the customer, making the process easy and convenient. Once everything is clear, we schedule the first cleaning visit to get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of experience in residential and commercial cleaning, where I’ve developed strong skills and a deep understanding of providing reliable, high-quality service tailored to each customer’s needs.
